Hey, beautiful soul ♥

I am a coach, facilitator, leader at Google, dancer, and embodiment guide.  My soul's mission is to help people rise up and step into their power.

I am a deeply empathetic and sensitive soul.  Ever since I was a young girl, I remember being fascinated by the way people think, feel, act and relate.  This passion led me to be the safe space that friends turned to when they needed a shoulder to cry on or a sounding board during life's challenges.  It also led me to study Psychology at Stanford, spend 17 years in therapy to understand my psyche, and dedicate hundreds of hours in learning and education about how to be anchored in my heart and radically embodied on this wild ride we call "life."

I'm currently the Global Head of Women's Community & Programs at Google, where  I oversee our strategy to help women thrive at the company.  I'm responsible for managing Women@Google, its largest Employee Resource Group with over 60,000 members in 120 chapters in 52 countries around the world.  I lead career development programs that support learning and growth, facilitate group workshops and coach individuals, and build strategies to create a more inclusive culture.

Previously, I held roles at Google in Marketing, including global strategy & operations, crafted the Chief Marketing Officer's communications, led award-winning campaigns for hardware and Google Play in the UK, and piloted innovative new technology.

I graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communication.  I devoured coursework on the human condition — emotion regulation, neuroscience, developmental psychology, learning and memory, happiness and health, interpersonal relations, and career & personal counseling.

I also worked as a Health Educator for a residence of 120 women, putting on programming and offering 1:1 support on issues ranging from relationships, mental health, substance use, and eating disorders.  I also was a part of five dance groups including the "Stanford Dollies."

Eight years ago, I felt the earth shatter beneath my feet when my brother Wiley took his own life.  Through the process of grieving and healing, and serious existential questioning, I thought deeper than ever before about the meaning of life.  My spiritual path began unfolding in a new way.  I dug deep into my values, and realized my love of people wasn't just something I'm interested in -- it's my life's purpose to empower others to be their best selves.  I am grateful for all that I've learned following Wiley's death and how this loss has shaped me.  I've woken up to life in a whole new light.

I am a frequent speaker and facilitator on women's leadership, diversity and inclusion, and emotional intelligence.

When I'm not in a work flow, you can find me dancing, practicing yoga, hiking in nature, relaxing at the beach, reading books about personal development and spirituality, or connecting with community.
